This review examined two NZDF projects being undertaken to determine the numbers of people required in uniform (the Force Structure Project); and ensure that all positions are filled by military or civil staff members at the correct rank, trade and skill level (the Right People in the Right Place in the Right Numbers at the Right Time at the Right Cost (R5) Job

future output delivery. Field work for this review was completed in June 2011.
