Performance Improvement Framework: Follow-up Review of the Ministry of Defence (August 2014)
The Performance Improvement Framework helps Government organisations to identify gaps and opportunities between the current state of an organisation and the desired future state.
A comprehensive review using the Performance Improvement Framework was undertaken in 2012 [link]. The review focuses on the progress made and identifies some additional areas for improvement.
